Users of the PlayoutOne platform should refer to these instructions on the PlayoutOne website here:

You should ensure that you have updated your PlayoutONE Monitor to at least version 4.10.2023.0126. 

Once updated, edit your Radioplayer metadata output in Monitor and replace the field that says RPID with your station's RPUID (Radioplayer User ID). This field may be incorrectly set to the legacy Radioplayer ID (RPID).

Your station's RPUID can be found when logging into my.radioplayer.org and navigating to the Station Overview:

Lastly, you should contact Radioplayer Support to set up the Aiir user to submit metadata for your station. 

Once the above steps have been progressed, your station metadata will be published in Radioplayer after a short delay.
